Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie
Nadja Zollinger
Trauma-informed & contemplative psychotherapy
Nadja Zollinger is a Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie (alternative practitioner for psychotherapy) based in Germany, working both in English and German. In her long-term therapy practice, she combines clinically grounded psycho- and trauma therapy — using methods such as Somatic Experiencing© (SE), NARM™, and humanistic psychotherapy — with a dharma-based approach to inner development and growth. This combination draws on both established psychotherapeutic methods and years of lived experience in India and time spent at a Zen monastery — a background that grounds her work in various contemplative traditions, including Sufism, Zen, and Tibetan Buddhism. She offers a space where psychological and physical awareness meet spiritual inquiry, supporting clients in navigating difficulty with both compassion and depth. Sessions are available in person or online by arrangement.
